Recruitment Process

1. Client Requirement Received
We begin by understanding the manpower requirements from our overseas clients including job roles, quantity, salary, contract details, and skill specifications.

2. Job Advertisement & Sourcing
Vacancies are advertised through online portals, social media, partner offices, and direct walk-ins. We also activate our internal candidate database to shortlist suitable profiles.

3. Document Collection & Screening
Interested candidates submit their CVs and documents (passport, photos, certificates). Our recruitment team screens them based on eligibility, experience, and client criteria.

4. Trade Test / Interview Scheduling
Shortlisted candidates undergo trade tests (if applicable) and interviews — either in person or through video conferencing/live projection — in coordination with the employer.

5. Final Selection & Medical Test
Selected candidates are sent for medical tests at GAMCA/authorized medical centers. Only medically fit candidates proceed to the next stage.

6. Visa Processing
We handle all visa documentation, embassy submissions, and approvals in coordination with the employer and relevant authorities.

7. Orientation & Pre-Departure Briefing
Candidates are given job-specific training, cultural orientation, and briefings on laws, safety, and conduct in the host country.

8. Flight Booking & Deployment
Once visas and tickets are ready, candidates are informed of their departure schedule and assisted with airport procedures until they safely reach the job site.

9. Post-Deployment Support
We maintain communication with both client and candidate post-deployment to ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and performance monitoring.
